The Jardin des Tuileries is quite the popular place. There are plenty of Parisians about, sunbathing near the pond or walking the grounds, and the tourists are snapping their pictures of all the sights to see or picnicking in the grass.
And why not? The day is a particularly nice one with a sunny forecast and the gardens are gorgeous.
There now also is a legendary musician and two young wizards on their first visit to Paris. They've all been on their feet since Orpheus led them into the city by way of Milliways, taking in the sights on foot, and they've stopped for a break before carrying on.
Scorpius is still taking in everything with his usual wide-eyed enthusiasm, despite his feet starting to hurt from all the walking.
But, he's resting now!
He's currently sharing a chair with Albus - which mostly means he's sitting on his boyfriend's lap - and is skimming the guidebook Albus has somehow gotten ahold of, despite Orpheus' assurances that such is not needed.
He's getting ideas on where to head next.
"What about the Catacombs? Is that weird, too gloomy?"
